PataPata Hostel Rules and Regulations
1.- Check-in / Check-out – Check-in time begins after 3:00 P.M. Availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed before that time. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
Check-out late time:
11:00 A.M. to 13:00 P.M. 50% more of the daily value.
from 13:01 P.M. 100% more of the daily value.
2.- Reservations are subject to cancellation if guest does not arrive by 8pm. Our loss of reservation policy also applies to bookings made online through any and/or all formats. In the event you are unable to arrive by 8 pm a payment of 100% will be nesesario to maintain your reservation.
3.- Public rooms located in the hostel are the kitchen, eating room, living room and patio.
4.- Kitchen is open for use/cooking from 12pm to 12am each day.
5.- Visitors of Guests (visitors without reservations) are permitted to enter public rooms only. With the permission of the Hostel manager.
6.- Illegal actions in the hostel are strictly prohibited.
7.- Smoking is only allowed on the patio. Smoking is strongly prohibited anywhere else inside the hostel.
8.- Children 5 and under stay for free in our designated private rooms. Children age 5 to 12 receive a 50% discount from the standard rate. Unable to receive childrens in dorm.
9.- The management reserves the right to evict any hosteller immediately if his stay causes disciplinary or any other problems.
10.- The management reserves the right of admission for non-hostellers. Trespassers shall be handed over to the police.
11.- Any hosteller guilty of misconduct, breach of rules or showing disrespect to authority and nuisance to others including neighbours, shall immediately be expelled from the hostel without any notice. No justification for this can be sought from the hostel authorities.
12.- Any damage to the property shall have to be paid in cash individually or the group responsible or jointly by all the hostellers.
13.- The chief Administrator’s decision regarding fines shall be binding and final on all hostellers.
14.- The hostellers are advised not to keep any valuable article in the hostel. However lockers are provided for your use to safeguard your valuables. For any theft or loss of such things, Hostel management will not be responsible.
15.- The hostel staff is permitted to enter the guest’s room.
16.- Guests can access the Internet by computers located in living room/common area, or they can use the hostel WiFi network. Illegal internet activity on the computer is strictly prohibited!
17.- If there are any problems please contact the hostel staff immediately. In case of an emergency, please contact the police by dialing 133, the fire department by dialing 132, or the ambulance by dialing 131.
18.- Guests are free to use all items and utensils located in the public rooms. Please clean all items after use.
19.- Public areas may be video recorded.
20.- The guests agree that Chilean law is the applicable governing law to resolve all legal disputes, regardless of country of citizenship or origin.
21.- All rates listed for dorm and private rooms include all taxes.
22.- All guest under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
23.- PataPata Hostel does not allow pets at this time. We’re simply not setup to accommodate them. Sorry
